Next Monday will mark three weeks of Ian being on (three different) antibiotics for the staph infection in his toe. He tested positive in that toe for MRSA (a drug resistant form of staph). I guess he won't be wearing flip-flops for a while. His doc wants him to see a podiatrist to have the toenail removed to make sure there's nothing keeping the infection from clearing up. So Tuesday morning we go to surgery. Just when you want to run on the grass barefoot. Ey-yi-yi...
