Ian offers a spot-on imitation of the kitty in this clip. "aaah-wooooo" is meow/plea of one of our cats asking to be let out of his kennel when he's finished eating - he inhales his food so we leave him in there for a few minutes to let the contents settle. So no it's not the hound dog or a siren, it's the cat he's mimicking.
